Writing Accounts – SMEs use our service to prepare annual accounts in compliance with local laws. Information from the client’s books of accounts is compiled so that all financial transactions are scrutinized by senior consultants before the financial statements are prepared.
Study of Systems – Through our partners, we evaluate operational aspects, transaction levels and reporting formats. ISSME Chartered Accountants (CAs) and Computer Engineers (CEs) conduct a detailed study which helps the client in the decision-making process.
Outsourcing of Accounts & Finance functions – The service we provide relieves the organization from this responsibility and frees senior management personnel for other responsibilities. We can manage daily accounts and compute statutory dues and payments including payroll processing; Compilation and maintenance of fixed assets & depreciation records; prepare financial statements; reconcile bank statements; liaise with auditors for finalization of accounts and submit them to the relevant revenue authority.
Back Office Accounting – We maintain monthly accounts, process the payroll and compile all statutory dues based on the details submitted by our SME client. Returns are filed based on availability of funds within due dates. This service means that the client does not need to employ a full-fledged accountant.
Internal Audit – Existing systems are evaluated and improved after Internal Audits which analyse the functional efficiency of the organisation. These include improving internal controls and operational processes; cost reduction and revenue optimization; confirmation of compliance with local laws as well as fraud audit.
Credit Facilitation – ISSME arranges credit for its SME clients after studying their needs. This includes approaching the banks for credit and following up with them. The fee paid by the client is based entirely on the success of an application.
Investment Facilitation – This includes detailed project feasibility reports, liaison with the investment centre and seeking investment approval for the project.
Financial Management – ISSME looks at profit planning. It reviews and draws up annual budgets and estimates the revenue potential, analyses costs and recommends financial restructuring, if needed.
Management Information Systems – ISSME experts analyse and design suitable systems for management reporting. We also monitor systems compliance after the implementation.
Review of Accounts – This includes an analysis of financial performance vis-a-vis the approved budgets and the compliance of policies and procedures approved by the management. We also look at improving existing systems to make internal controls more efficient.
Material Management – This includes quantitative evaluation of raw material requirements and establishing maximum and minimum order levels for a manufacturer based on the annual production plans and sources of supplies.
Cost Analysis – ISSME offers pre-loan surveys which look at the past, present and future financial standing of the client and assess the need for finance.
