ISSME has a pool of Editors, all experienced authors in their own right, who edit submissions primarily for the quality of English and to ensure essential communication needs.
They, however, may not be able to advise you on the quality of the content you submit since their expertise is the written language.
ISSME merely acts as a facilitator to help you meet your requirements by putting you in touch with an Editor who can help you. It sets guidelines for the fees that you may need to pay but all negotiations and financial transactions must be carried out between you and the Editor. However, we suggest that suitable fees for work of this kind would adhere to those set out in the recent guidelines (March 2017) published by the UK Society for Editors and Proofreaders.
ISSME has assessed the work of the Editor it recommends but it will not guarantee the quality of work. Since the Editors are not employees, ISSME does not take any responsibility on this count and has no contractual obligations whatsoever.
The Editing Service does not ensure publication, at ISSME or elsewhere. What it does, however, is that it ensures that your writing is among the best in the world when it comes to articulation of thoughts and ideas when it comes to the sustainable development of SMEs.
Please note that ISSME will in no way be held responsible for, or become involved in, any disputes between these parties.
